    REVISED: Adam, the store manager has taken care of all of our issues. Please see the edits below. I don't even want to give one star. Bought a refrigerator and dish washer in December of 2016. The fridge broke in October of 2017. Trying to get someone out to fix it was incredibly hard - it took over two weeks. The tech finally showed up, then had to order parts. They came back a couple weeks later and "repaired". They left and the fridge was STILL broken (my husband kept asking them if they were sure it was fixed and he was assured that it was). Had to call AGAIN to have someone come out. They came out a couple weeks later and again, we are waiting for parts. Now, we have ANOTHER appointment for 12/26. EVERY time I tried to speak to someone, they gave me the number for their repair people...in the Phillippines (and they really don't care). Called and spoke to Adam and others at the storefront and have yet to have a call back. They truly don't care about you once you give them their money. Zero customer service. I will NEVER go back to Sears and am letting anyone and everyone know the fact that once you make a purchase, if it breaks, you are on your own. They already have their commission in their pocket and I still have a broken fridge. Happy holidays. *Edit: They came back out today to fix it. They ended up ordering even more parts and we have another appointment on 1/9/18. This is ridiculous. *Edit: They didn't send the right parts so now they are coming back on 1/19/18. Going on TEN weeks now with a broken fridge. *Edit: My husband and I found the exact same fridge (ours is bisque and matched our other appliances) on the website for the Clackamas store. I sent the info to Adam, the store manager and after several emails, he told us to call him to see about swapping the new one out for the broken one. He said he would make time to talk to us. My husband hung up after 20 minutes on hold. We are going on 11 weeks now with a broken fridge. I truly don't know what to do at this point and no one is helping. *Edit: Adam is going to replace our fridge... *EDIT: ADAM HAS TAKEN CARE OF US AND WE NOW HAVE A WORKING FRIDGE!
